What is Biomechanics?

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, biomechanics is the study of the mechanics of biological especially muscular activity. In biomechanics there are different subsections with the inclusion of things like orthopedics, hemodynamics, and even the macro level like the mechanics of muscles, tissues, and molecules.
